Orders and Shipping
Your order takes 1 business days to process, once your order is shipped you shall be e-mailed a tracking number for you to monitor and know the estimated delivery date.
Besides the 2 week trial we offer on the day of the delivery date, any items returned after that has to be within the 30 day period. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees back along with a 10% restocking fee.
You will have the ability to change your shipping address from your billing, some conditions apply as we may contact you to verify your identify due to credit card fraud.
Tracking will be e-mailed to you once it becomes available, processing takes 1 business day.

At this moment free shipping is provided in Canada & USA with the exception of rural areas, where an additional fee will be charged.

Besides the 2 week trial period, any returns post the trail is subject to shipping fees on the way back and a 10% restocking fee. This is valid for 30 days post delivery date based on the tracking number.
Please let us know ASAP, we will correct the shipment with the correct one and retrieve the wrong one. We will be responsible for shipping charges for the mishap.
Sorry that accidents do happen! Please report damages within a 48 hour period due to insurance purposes. We will do our best to take care of it for you and send you a new unit.

Orders that are canceled are subject to a 5% processing fee that cannot be refunded. This is what the payment processors charge us and refunding it comes out of our account. Please inquire with us before purchasing as we are here to identify the correct shopping utility trolley for your needs!
